Write 100 words a day on anything. Invest a little time in yourself each day. You could plan your day, write a song or story, write a letter, just whatever comes to you! If you miss a day, no worries, just pick it up again when you can.
Join Medway Adult Education and Library staff for a chance to meet other'100 Worders', to talk about how you have found it and perhaps inspire each other with new writing topics.
Please bring along your 100 words notebooks- no expectation to share your writing though!
You are welcome to bring along friends.
