'We Roar' inspired linocut print workshop

Drawing inspiration from the We Roar exhibition, this linocut workshop explores pattern, symbolism and repetition. Participants will select key elements from the exhibition that appeal to them - striking shapes, symbolic motifs, bold details - and work them up into a repeat pattern using tried and tested methods. They’ll then carve their design into a lino tile and create prints onto coloured paper, experimenting with composition.

During the workshop attendees would work on a collaborative piece composed of all the prints created during the workshop.
