Articles of agreement indented, made, concluded and agreed upon this seventh day of May, in the eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lady Anne..Anno Domini 1709. By and between Thomas Herbert, Esq. Lord of the Manor and Hundred of Milton, alias Middleton, in the County of Kent, and the several persons, Fishermen of the said Hundred of Milton, alias Middleton, who shall subscribe these Presents of the one part, : And the several persons, Fishermen of the City of Rochester, or the Liberties thereof.
