Biography/History:
Jason has been a manga fan since a friend lent him Maison Ikkoku in 1997. Along with Wilma Jandoc he contributes anime and manga reviews to "Drawn & Quartered," a column that runs Sundays in the Honolulu Star-Bulletin, one of two daily newspapers serving Honolulu, Hawaii. He also writes "Cel Shaded," a weekly column that looks at news in the anime and manga industries — perhaps the only column published in a metropolitan American newspaper to do so on a weekly basis.
